Our Philosophy

At Harbor Halo, we empower individuals to live independently in a safe, supportive, and fully furnished environment. Our homes are designed to offer comfort and stability, giving residents the freedom to manage their lives while having access to the resources they need to succeed. We believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel at home while maintaining their independence.

Through partnerships with local and state non-profits, as well as governmental agencies, we connect our residents to essential services that promote personal growth, stability, and overall well-being. Whether you're transitioning from a challenging situation or simply seeking affordable, independent living, Harbor Halo is here to provide a secure place to thrive.

1. Meet Admission Requirements

2. Apply Online

Fill out our online application, and one of our intake specialists will contact you to begin the process.

3. Intake Interview & Orientation

After submitting your application, you'll have a phone or video interview with a specialist. Once approved, you'll pay the first month’s rent and community fee.

4. Move In!

After completing the process, you'll receive a warm welcome and a tour of your new home.

Cost & Payment Options

Our rent prices vary based on property type and applicant preferences. Here’s what to expect:

Rent includes all utilities (WiFi included)
