Every Harbor Halo home is move-in ready and fully furnished — from beds and dressers to appliances and living room furniture. For consistency and safety, we do not allow outside furniture to be brought into the unit.
Membership typically starts around $900/month for a private Serenity Room. Rates vary by location and amenities. Utilities and furnishings are included.

Yes. Harbor Halo partners with hospitals, nonprofits, veteran groups, and case managers. Because our homes are already furnished and move-in ready, referrals can often be placed much faster than with traditional rentals.
We currently operate in Riverdale, Fairburn, and Atlanta (West Lake, Bader Ave, Pinebrooke, and Polaris units). More homes are being added regularly.
Harbor Halo™ homes are located throughout Metro Atlanta, including Riverdale, Fairburn, and Atlanta neighborhoods such as West Lake, Bader Ave, Pinebrooke, and Polaris.
Yes — we accept out-of-state referrals. Caseworkers, nonprofits, and veteran organizations across the country often refer members to us. As long as the applicant meets our membership requirements for independent living, they can apply no matter where they are moving from.

Harbor Halo™ is not a shelter. We are a Membership Housing™ community that requires members to have income to cover their monthly membership fees. If you are currently without income, we encourage you to dial 211 for immediate housing and support resources in your area.
The Membership Housing™ program allows Harbor Halo to maintain consistent house standards, provide support services, and create stable living environments for seniors while offering flexibility that traditional leases often lack.

Our inclusive monthly rate covers a range of amenities including laundry facilities, private and shared rooms, bedding and linens, private TVs, all utilties are included in the price, a non-smoking and drug & alcohol-free environment, security systems, keyless entry, and quarterly pest control.
