At Harbor Halo, our Membership Housing™ model is designed to provide safe, stable, and independent living for seniors, veterans, and referral-based members.
To protect the safety, peace, and comfort of every household, we ask all members to follow the standards outlined below.

1. Contact & Support
All concerns should be directed to your Harbor Halo House Coordinator. Emergency or urgent matters can be reported via call or text to 404-777-9126.
2. Membership Payments
Membership fees are due every Friday by 12:00 PM. Late payments may result in a $50 fee and a temporary pause of door code access. No exceptions can be made on the policy. If you have been with us over 90 days you may qualify for an extension and if one is granted it will cost $75.00 carry over and admin fee.
3. Missed Payments
If payment is not received on time, your access may be disabled until the balance is resolved. Multiple missed payments may result in removal from the membership program.
4. Move-Out / Check-Out
Members who end their stay must check out by 10:00 AM on the date listed in your membership agreement and leave the room clean and free of damage. All Harbor Halo property must be left intact.
5. Incidentals Return
To qualify for any incidental refund, the following must be met:

No damage or policy violations

All property (keys, furniture) left in place
6. No Weapons / Drugs
Absolutely no guns, alcohol, illegal drugs, or paraphernalia are allowed on any Harbor Halo property. Violations will result in immediate removal and police involvement.
7. No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. A $500 fine applies for smoking inside any room or shared space. Repeated incidents will result in termination of your membership.
8. Room Hygiene
Rooms must be kept clean and free of food or trash that may attract pests. Routine checks may occur. Fines may apply for unsanitary conditions.
9. Kitchen & Common Area Use
Shared kitchens and bathrooms must be cleaned after use. No dishes or food may be left out. Harbor Halo reserves the right to assign cleaning charges.
10. Guest Policy
No guests are allowed at any time. The only exception is a pre-approved caseworker or caregiver. Unauthorized guests may result in a $100 fine per night and/or termination of your membership.
11. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily. No loud noise, music, or disturbances are allowed during this time. All lights and electronics in the common areas must be turned off.
12. Security & Access
Do not share your door code. Do not allow unknown individuals into the property. A $100 fine applies for unauthorized entry.
13. Parking
Only one vehicle is permitted per member and must be registered. Do not block driveways or other members.
14. Property Respect
Do not move, remove, or damage furniture, décor, or equipment provided by Harbor Halo. Damages will be charged.
15. Lockouts / Lost Keys
Lockouts between 10 PM–8 AM may incur a $50 service fee. Lost keys or unauthorized lock-picking will result in fines or removal.
16. Monthly Inspections
We conduct monthly room checks twice a month for cleanliness and safety. You will be notified in advance.
17. Shared Chores
In all properties, shared chores are be rotated. if the unit is not kept in a sanitary, clean condition, a housekeeper may be assigned and cleaning costs split.
18. Fines
All fines must be paid immediately. Unresolved balances may result in removal from the membership.
19. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only offered on incidentals if conditions are fully met at move-out.
20. Communication
All official communication must go through Harbor Halo’s text line or official staff contact. Members are expected to respond to check-ins or updates.
