  • What is Harbor Halo?
    Harbor Halo™ is a Membership Housing™ community that provides safe, fully furnished private and semi‑private rooms throughout Metro Atlanta, with a focus on seniors and veterans.
  • What does Membership Housing™ mean?
    Membership Housing™ is our way of making independent living simple. Instead of signing long leases and dealing with multiple bills, members pay one flat monthly fee that includes their room, furnishings, and utilities. It’s housing designed to be reliable and predictable.
  • What does Membership Housing™ include?
    One monthly membership covers your furnished room, utilities (electric, water, gas), and access to shared kitchen, living, and bathroom spaces.
  • Who is Mrs. Harbi?
    Mrs. Harbi™ is the heart-shaped mascot of Harbor Halo™. She represents our promise of dignity, safety, and community for seniors and veterans. You’ll see her in our videos, guides, and messages, helping explain how Membership Housing™ works in a friendly, approachable way. Think of Mrs. Harbi as the voice that says: “Welcome Home.”
  • Who qualifies to live in a Harbor Halo home?
    Seniors, veterans, and adults who can live independently — able to manage daily needs and safely enter/exit in case of emergencies.
  • What types of rooms are available?
    Serenity Rooms: Private, fully furnished bedrooms. Unity Rooms: Semi-private bedrooms shared with one other member. . Every Harbor Halo home is move-in ready and fully furnished — from beds and dressers to appliances and living room furniture. For consistency and safety, we do not allow outside furniture to be brought into the unit.
  • How much does membership cost?
    Membership typically starts around $900/month for a private Serenity Room. Rates vary by location and amenities. Utilities and furnishings are included.
  • How do I apply for a room?
    Apply online at harborhalo.com/apply. Once submitted, our team reviews your application and contacts you about the next steps or a home tour.
  • How soon can I move in?
    Move-in times depend on room availability and how quickly your application and documents are completed. Many members are able to move in within just a few days once everything is submitted. Referral partners often find that Harbor Halo’s homes are faster to place in than traditional rentals because the rooms are already furnished and utilities are included.
  • Do you work with referral partners and caseworkers?
    Yes. Harbor Halo partners with hospitals, nonprofits, veteran groups, and case managers. Because our homes are already furnished and move-in ready, referrals can often be placed much faster than with traditional rentals.
  • Where are Harbor Halo homes located?
    We currently operate in Riverdale, Fairburn, and Atlanta (West Lake, Bader Ave, Pinebrooke, and Polaris units). More homes are being added regularly.
  • Do you accept out-of-state referrals?
    Harbor Halo™ homes are located throughout Metro Atlanta, including Riverdale, Fairburn, and Atlanta neighborhoods such as West Lake, Bader Ave, Pinebrooke, and Polaris. Yes — we accept out-of-state referrals. Caseworkers, nonprofits, and veteran organizations across the country often refer members to us. As long as the applicant meets our membership requirements for independent living, they can apply no matter where they are moving from.
  • What services does Harbor Halo LLC offer?
    Harbor Halo™ provides Membership Housing™ for seniors, veterans, and adults who need safe, affordable, and independent living in Metro Atlanta. Our services include: Furnished housing: Serenity (private) and Unity (semi-private) rooms in fully furnished homes — no need to bring furniture or appliances. All-inclusive membership: One monthly payment that covers housing, furnishings, and utilities (electric, water, gas). Property management: We professionally operate and maintain each home so members can focus on living, not repairs or bills. Placement support: Partnerships with case managers, nonprofits, and veteran groups to help secure housing quickly. Community living: Homes designed to reduce isolation and provide a supportive environment for independent seniors and veterans. Harbor Halo is different because we combine the reliability of property management with the simplicity of membership living, making housing more accessible and predictable.

    Harbor Halo™ combines the reliability of property management with the flexibility of membership living. Our model is built around independence and dignity for seniors and veterans: All-inclusive membership: One flat monthly rate covers the room, furnishings, and utilities. Move-in ready homes: Every Serenity and Unity Room is fully furnished, so members can settle in immediately. Community-first design: We focus on creating safe, stable homes where members share common areas and feel connected, not isolated. Independent living: Members must be able to live on their own safely, which keeps the environment comfortable for everyone. Unlike traditional rentals, Harbor Halo is not about long leases, credit checks, or bare rooms.   • Is Harbor Halo a shelter? What if I don’t have income?
    Harbor Halo™ is not a shelter. We are a Membership Housing™ community that requires members to have income to cover their monthly membership fees. If you are currently without income, we encourage you to dial 211 for immediate housing and support resources in your area.
  • Who does Harbor Halo LLC work with to provide housing?
    We collaborate with social workers, case managers, faith-based organizations, real estate professionals, and homeowners to provide immediate housing solutions for those in need.
  • What is the living environment like at Harbor Halo LLC?
    Harbor Halo is a diverse, inclusive, and equitable community, providing a supportive and comfortable environment for all residents seeking stability, comfort, or a fresh start.
  • What amenities are included in the inclusive monthly rate?
    Our inclusive monthly rate covers a range of amenities including laundry facilities, private and shared rooms, bedding and linens, private TVs, all utilties are included in the price, a non-smoking and drug & alcohol-free environment, security systems, keyless entry, and quarterly pest control.
